If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?
How did you break into the industry?
When I was doing a play (Romeo and Juliet Unplugged) at UJ, my colleague at the time, Muzi Mthembu was writing a series for SABC called mutual friends, he invited me to audition the next year and I got the lead role.
What is acting?
Using my mind, body and spirit to tell a story.
Is there anything that you would give up acting for?
Who and what are your acting inspirations and why?
I am inspired by the people whose stories we tell, whether fiction or real, comedy or drama; every story comes from truth. To truly embody and grow a character from paper without trying to play GOD. I get the inspiration to be this human from other humans.
If you could change one thing about the acting industry what would it be?
Every actor would get hired purely based on talent, skill and Professionalism.
Television, Stage or Film?
All. Every platform is a different adventure.
Three things you want to be remembered for.
For my ART
For NEVER conforming
For showing my people the possibilities.
